Fillsafe（以下「本サービス」）は、PDF の書類に記入・署名するための Web アプリです。本サービスは、利用者のファイルや入力内容を外部に送信しません。
収集・送信しないもの
- PDF ファイル、記入した内容、署名画像、プロフィールはサーバーに送信されません。処理はすべて利用者のブラウザ内で行われます
- アカウント登録、ログイン、決済はありません
- アクセス解析、広告、トラッキング用の Cookie やフィンガープリントは使用していません
- 本サービスが通信するのは、本サービス自身のページとプログラムを配信するサーバーだけです（配信事業者: Cloudflare）。配信サーバーは通常の Web サイトと同様にアクセスログ（IP アドレス・日時など）を短期間保持することがあります
ブラウザ内に保存されるもの
本サービスは、次の情報を利用者のブラウザの中（IndexedDB と localStorage）に保存します。これらは本サービスの運営者を含む第三者からは読み取れません。
- 開いた PDF ファイルと記入内容（書類一覧から削除できます）
- 手書き署名の画像
- マイデータに登録した氏名・会社名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなどのプロフィール
- 日付の表示形式などの設定
ブラウザのサイトデータを削除すると、これらはすべて消去されます。

Fillsafe ("the service") is a web app for filling in and signing PDF forms. The service does not send your files or what you type anywhere.
What we do not collect or transmit
- Your PDF files, the values you enter, signature images and profile are never sent to a server. All processing happens inside your browser
- There are no accounts, no login and no payments
- No analytics, advertising, tracking cookies or fingerprinting
- The only network traffic is to the server that delivers the service's own pages and code (hosted on Cloudflare). Like any website, that server may keep short-term access logs (IP address, time)
What is stored in your browser
The service stores the following in your browser only (IndexedDB and localStorage). Nobody else — including the operator of the service — can read it.
- PDFs you open and the values you fill in (you can delete them from the document list)
- Hand-drawn signature images
- Profile data you save in My data (name, company, address, phone, email, etc.)
- Settings such as the date format
Clearing this site's data in your browser removes all of it.

Changes to this policy will be announced on this page.
